Box of Books works with your child's school to create booklists for each year.

On commencement of the booklisting project we communicate regularly with your school's booklisting champion to have the booklist's approved by "Key Dates" to ensure we can meet delivery expectations.

This key date allows Box of Books to start sending your orders in a timely manner to ensure that the physical textbooks and resources are received prior to the commencement of Term 4.*

* We understand your school may have exams during this time meaning your child could is unsure as to what subjects they will be taking in Year 12, we encourage you to order what you can based on subjects they are doing. Due to the large volume of orders we receive during this period, if you place an order AFTER the above key delivery dates we are unable to give you an exact shipping date and unable to guarantee delivery prior to the start of school.

We pack and ship your orders based on the 'order date'.

Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll email you the Australia Post tracking details so that you can check the progress of your delivery.

From time to time, some texts may be published late or delivery is delayed, meaning they aren’t available when your order is being packed. We work closely with the publishers to ensure we are kept up to date on the estimated delivery time so we can pass this onto you via email and also make your school aware.
