Box of Books provides refunds on goods in accordance with the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. This covers any items that are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Refund requests will only be accepted up to 30 days from your purchasing date for digital sales*, and up to 30 days from your delivery date for physical sales.

*Some digital items are considered a 'firm sale' from content provider. These items cannot be refunded.

* Some physical items are also subject to not being refunded, these are any 'customised textbooks' your school has specifically requested.

Please note:

All returns must be accompanied by the Return Authorisation as proof of purchase.

All returns must be in a saleable condition, i.e. suitable for selling or capable of being sold, with no imperfections.

All physical books must be in a sturdy carton, bag or satchel and must include bubble wrap or some other type of cushioning to avoid movement and damage during transit.

Due to heavy volumes of customer support queries during the back to school period, refunds will be processed after this time.
