If you are having issues logging into Cambridge Go, follow the instructions below to access your Cambridge interactives successfully!
ACCESSING CAMBRIDGE GO
Make sure you are accessing Cambridge Go via your Box of Books account, by clicking the 'Explore Resources' link and logging in with the displayed credentials – this will usually be your school email and unique password.
Click on the ‘eye’ icon to reveal your password, then click on the ‘Explore Resources’ link, which will redirect to the Cambridge Go login page.
INVALID LOG IN
If you are having trouble signing in with these credentials you may have previously had a Cambridge Go account with the same school email address.
In this case, please try logging in with your old password and resetting your password to the one displayed here by selecting the 'Forgot password?' option.
ACCOUNT TEMPORARILY LOCKED OUT
If your account is temporarily locked out, this means you had too many attempts trying to log in with the incorrect credentials.
After waiting a few minutes, please try logging in with your old password, or reset your password.
THERE IS NO USER WITH THAT USERNAME OR EMAIL
If you are unable to reset your password this will mean your Cambridge Go account has not been created yet.
Your Cambridge Go account will usually take around two business days to be set-up after you first log in. If you are experiencing issues, please first ensure that you have waited the 48-hour timeframe, following this please try clearing your cache. After you have completed both of these steps, if this is still unavailable, please contact us through in-app support for further assistance (located on the bottom right of your screen).
NO RESOURCES?
If you are able to log in, but cannot see any of your resources, your account may not have been created yet. In this case, please send us an in-app message!
