Sometimes, text and images seem to be missing from certain textbook pages when you are using the offline reader app. This is because the content layouts from some desktop publishing formats have trouble rendering consistently at various zoom levels.
The solution
We encourage you to use Box of Books' online reader where possible for the best experience and handy features such as rich notes!
However, if you must use the offline reader for offline access, using different zoom levels (e.g. 1.5x, ) and scrolling up/down the page will make these text and images visible.
