When your offline reader is not loading images properly and/or texts are not in the correct place, clearing your cache may help.

How to clear cache in Google Chrome


The fastest way to get rid of the cache data in Google Chrome is the option "Clear Browser cache". You can access this function with the following shortcut:

  1. Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del] all at the same time.

  2. A new window will open, Please tick "Cached images and files".

  3. Change the time range to "All time", by selecting the drop down arrow and selecting "All time".

  4. Click clear data.

  5. Reload the offline reader.



How to clear the cache in Internet Explorer

  1. Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del] all at the same time.

  2. A new window titled "Clear browsing data" will open.

  3. Tick the box next to "Cached data and files".

  4. Click on the rectangular box titled "Clear".
