Utilising booklist flags is an efficient way to communicate between the Box of Books teams and the schools booklisting owners, to ensure that any requests and changes are noticed.

To add a flag, click onto the flag icon next to the resource or subject that it relates to. You can then enter your notes or request and click ADD FLAG to save.

Along the subject menu bar at the top of the booklist you will be able to see at an overview how many flags are still open for actioning, as well as see which specific subjects they pertain to.

To ensure the maximum benefit of this feature we have recently made some additional improvements.

We have introduced a coloured system, each colour marking an individual purpose for the flag. This makes it easier to differentiate between who owns which flag and the relevant action it notes and identify what needs to be completed by the corresponding team. An additional 'in progress' flag status has also been introduced for selection in order view the progress of outstanding requests at an overall level.

See the below and attached chart explaining our new booklist flags workflow.
