Back-to-School Provisioning

The Back to School period draws to a close, and the academic year is now well and truly underway.

Box of Books is resolute in our support to ensure the best back-to-school experience for our schools and students. Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to support our schools as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

At Box of Books, we have had our biggest and most successful back to school yet. Nothing pleases us more than the positive feedback we receive from our school stakeholders, parents, and students that everything has gone smoothly for them for Day 1 of the new school year.

We are proud of the outstanding effort from our e-commerce, operations, and customer service teams for hitting this year's provisioning out of the park. We are thrilled to share that over 60,000 BoB parents received their materials by day 1, with an increased demand of 33% compared to last year!

Thank you to the BoB team, teachers, students, and parents for being an integral part of our story. We look forward to continuing this incredible journey together in the coming year.

Annual Customer Experience Survey

We want to hear from you! As a valued Box of Books customer, we would appreciate your feedback on your school's experience with BoB during the recent Back To School period and generally about our service.

Complete the Survey

Our Annual Customer Experience Survey has been distributed to BoB School Champions. You should expect to receive a link to the survey from our School Relationships Management Team. Look out for them in your inbox.

There are four sections to this survey which should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is important to us as it helps inform future developments to our platform and improvements to our service offering.

Contact our team directly if you have further questions.

Carbon Positive Australia

Box of Books is proud to announce its extended relationship with Carbon Positive Australia.

Carbon Positive Australia develops and implements environmental restoration projects. Supporting their native tree-planting projects makes it easy for organisations, communities, and individuals to take climate action. The kind of action that contributes to the global effort to mitigate climate change.

While it’s a small action initially in the grand scheme of things, we are pleased to continue our partnership with Carbon Positive Australia, supporting their future and their important initiatives.

Box of Books In the Wild

In 2023, the Box of Books team dived headfirst into conferences and events all over Australia! Check out the team's activity last year!

This year our focus remains on fostering more partnerships, reaching new schools, and improving our services. We're excited to continue networking and creating lasting partnerships that empower education!
