Box of Books is resolute in our support to ensure the best back-to-school experience for our schools and students. Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to support our schools as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

At Box of Books we have had our biggest and most successful back to school yet - nothing pleases us more than the positive feedback we receive from our school stakeholders, parents and students that everything has gone smoothly for them for Day 1 of the new school year.

We are proud of the outstanding effort from our e-commerce, operations and customer service teams for hitting this year's provisioning out of the park even with 40% more schools, orders, and deliveries than last year.

Our Annual Customer Experience Survey has been distributed to BoB School Champions. You should expect to receive a link to the survey from our School Relationships Management Team. Look out for them in your inbox.

There are four sections to this survey which should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Your feedback is important to us as it helps inform future developments to our platform and improvements to our service offering.
