Box of Books provides in-app support to help solve any operational or technical issues that may arise.

You may notice on some pages there’s a small messaging icon located at the bottom right corner.

Support messages sent through this are generally responded to within a couple of business hours, but often a lot quicker.

Accessing in-app support is through either:

  • Box of Books' Help Page or;
  • Your School’s dedicated portal or;
  • Within the offline reader (MacOs, WindowsOS, iOS)
