Your password is only used to sign into your school portal, if you’re looking for your Bobby pin to authenticate the offline reader then you’ll need to see this guide.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll need to first determine whether you’re signing in using your school login credentials (via. single sign on) or through an account made with Box of Books.

If you’re signing in with your school login credentials, you’ll need to contact your school to reset the password. We don't store passwords for users logging in with Google Apps for Education, Microsoft 365 or SAML based school directories.

If you’re signing in with an account made with Box of Books, you can click the “Forgot Password?” located on the login page of your school portal.
