Shipping and handling fees
To help cover the cost of protective packaging and reliable delivery, shipping and handling fees are applied at checkout.
Here’s what’s included:
Shipping fee – A flat $9.95 per order
Handling fee – $5.95 per student (only applies in certain circumstances)
When does the handling fee apply?
If your order includes more than three physical items, a $5.95 handling fee will apply.
When ordering for multiple students, a handling fee may apply for each student, as their items may be packed separately.
A few examples:
John’s booklist includes 4 items - $5.95 handling fee applies
John has 2 items, Jane has 2 items - Combined total of 4 items - $5.95 handling fee applies
John has 3 items, Jane has 3 items - 6 items total - $11.90 handling fee applies
John has 2 items only - No handling fee applies, just the flat $9.95 shipping fee
Payment processing fee
A small payment processing fee of 0.9% will be added to all orders at checkout, whether you're paying by credit card or PayPal.
This fee covers the secure processing costs charged by financial institutions and is calculated automatically.
