In your schools’ Box of Books portal, navigate to the ‘Analytics & Reporting’ section of the side menu and click on ‘Cohorts’. You will be presented with a list of ‘Primary Cohorts’ (1) and ‘Other Cohorts’ (2).
To see more information about a cohort, click anywhere on the name of the cohort to view a list of users attached to the cohort.
The cohort detailed view is split into two sections – Users Logged in and Users pending log In . Users Logged in are users who have logged in and received their text, and Users pending log In are users who are yet to log in and should be allocated their digitals on their next successful login to the Box of Books portal.
You can continue to drill down further by clicking on a user to see their profile, which includes their profile details and a list of all texts available to them.
