Sometimes Box of Books does not have the text that is required by the school. Please send through as much detail about the item so that we can add this to our Master Catalogue.

Box of Books will liase with our Content Management Team to confirm availability and pricing of your requested title.

Please provide the following:

  • Full title and edition

  • ISBN

  • Website link to text

  • If print; quantity required so we ensure there is enough stock with suppliers

DIGITAL TEXTS

If we do not have a digital contract with this publisher, it may take up to 6 months to acquire one. However, it is still not guaranteed after this time period the publisher will allow us to ingest your requested title into our Master Catalogue.

For the main publishers listed below we can usually get an outcome within 3-5 working days:

  • Cambridge

  • Oxford

  • Nelson/Cengage

  • Jacaranda

  • Pearson

Our team will let you know as soon as possible whether the publisher of the required text has a digital contract with Box of Books.

PRINT TEXTS

For most print texts, where the school can confirm full ISBN and title, we can get a response from our Content Management Team within 2-3 business days.

Please provide clear indication of the quantities so we can chase availability with our suppliers.

FORTHCOMING TITLES - NEW EDITIONS

If a text is still forthcoming and will not be available until a later date, you may be able to view the text within our evaluation feature before purchasing to make the transition smoother for your school. This will be dependant on whether the publisher has provided proof or sample pages of the resource.

Until that point, the Box of Books Team will not need to raise a New Title Request for this text as we are waiting for the publisher to provide the newest edition to replace the older edition already in our Catalogue.
