When requesting a quote or pricing proposal from the School Servicing Team through [email protected] or through our In-App Support please ensure that you provide the following:

  • Full title of the text

  • ISBN

  • Format (digital and/or print)

  • Quantity

  • Users (Teachers or Students)

This is important information as it allows our team to promptly provide teachers with the quotation provided. If we are missing the above information, it can mean that it will take a longer period of time to prepare your quote for you.

FULL TITLE and ISBN

We require this information to ensure we can cross-reference and provide the correct text that the school is requesting. Providing the full title including edition OR the ISBN is pivotal to ensuring the accuracy of a quote request.

FORMAT

A format is the type of text the school would like to purchase. The availability of these formats is up to the publisher discretion:

  • A digital text is only available through Box of Books Online and has a lease period dependent upon the publisher

  • A print/digital text is a print or physical copy of the text with complimentary digital access which is available via Box of Books - usually the school will not require a code to access this text

  • A print text is available only in print and does not have a digital text available with it

USERS

Please be as specific as possible for the users that will be required for the text as this will allow us to provide the text as quickly and efficiently as possible:

  • Teachers: Please provide the full email address and name of the teachers as this will allow us to find them and allocate their texts

  • Students: Please provide the year, subject, and if available, class codes for the students who require the text. If your school is non-API or a manual school, we will need an excel spreadsheet with the full name, email, year, and subject for all students who require access to the text.
