The parent order search feature is available to all teachers from the Analytics & Reporting section in their BoB menu:

Teachers can search by student details (or parent order number if known) to check if a student has purchased a booklisted resource. Search results will include the purchase date and delivery status for purchased items.

Teachers can search by book title to review a list of students who have purchased the booklisted resource for their subject.

For both order search types, the relevant parent invoice number, starting with 'PI' is provided. This is a useful reference number if parents or students contact our customer service team for any order queries.
