Changing A Student's School on the BoB Shop

Learn how to switch your student's shop profile to their new school

  1. Log In - Go to the BoB Shop and log into your account

  2. Find your student with the incorrect school, and click on the 'Remove' button.

  3. Add your student back to your account by clicking 'Add A Student To Account'

    1. From this screen, if your student's Box of Books account is already set up with their new school, you will be able to enter in their school email address and click 'Search'.

      If it still appears with your student's old school, please head back to the below screen, select 'Not Sure' proceed to the next step.

    2. If your student's credentials are still appearing with your previous school, and you have clicked 'Not Sure', you will be directed to search for the school itself. From this page, you can type in the name of your school, select the correct school name, and click on 'Found It', which will then take you to your school's booklists:
